Bringing over 35 years of commercial executive experience leading growth across data centers, critical environments, and smart building technology, she specializes in building high-performing commercial functions from concept to scale. Her career spans technical engineering, global business development leadership, and founding a building systems integration firm through to successful acquisition.

Known for bridging deep technical fluency with executive strategy, she creates new revenue streams, establishes go-to-market architecture, and drives client engagement from site operations to the C-suite. At Lakemont, she integrates directly into client organizations to spearhead strategic commercial transformations.

Don Anderson

COO

With 30 years of mission-critical experience, he is a global operations leader who has governed complex, high-reliability infrastructure across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. Grounding his leadership in deep technical mastery—built from his early career as an HVAC service technician and foreman—he advanced to Senior Vice President of Global Critical Environments, building scalable professional services lines, authoring industry-standard risk frameworks, and directing multi-hundred-person teams under total uptime commitments.

A trusted authority in risk governance and operational stabilization, he serves as a senior executive advisor at Lakemont, inserting high-level oversight and operational governance into client leadership teams.

Don is a member of InfraGard, the FBI's public-private partnership for the protection of US critical infrastructure.
